Yeni Malatyaspor striker Benjamin Tetteh made his debut for the Black Stars in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers win against Zimbabwe on Saturday.
Tetteh replaced Jordan Ayew in the second half as Ghana defeated their counterpart 3-1 at the Cape Coast Stadium.
The former Dreams attacker was impressive and showed glimpse of his brilliance as Ghana got their qualifying campaign on track.
The Stars won the game with goals from Kudus Mohammed in the 5th minute, Thomas Partey in the 66th and Andre Ayew in the 87th. Zimbabwe scored a consolation goal through Knowledge Musona in the 49th minute.
Ghana now sits second with six points to South Africa who lead the group with a point more after three games.
The Black Stars will travel to play the same opponent on Tuesday in Zimbabwe.
