Ghanaian midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp climbed off the bench to score his first league goal of the season as Crystal Palace came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Leicester City in the English Premier League on Sunday, 3 October 2021.

The Ghana international who replaced Conor Gallagher needed just 60 sexoo to grab the equalizer as they held Leicester at the Selhurst Park.

Leicester City raced into a two-zero lead at half time thanks to Kelechi Iheanacho and Jamie Vardy.

19-year-old Michael Olise reduced the deficit  for Palace afternoon coming on for Jordan Ayew before Jeffrey Schlupp headed home the equalizer.

The goal was Schlupp’s first goal of the season for the Eagles following a difficult start to the season.
