Medeama SC head coach, Ignatius Osei-Fosu has questioned the timing of CK Akonnor’s sacking.
The Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association [GFA] following a meeting held on Monday terminated the appointment of the head coach of the Black Stars CK Akonnor and his two assistants following Ghana’s unimpressive outing in recent games.
Black Stars despite beating Ethiopia were handed a reality check after South Africa defeated them 1-0 at Johannesburg.
The defeat leaves Ghana on 3rd position with three points after two matches played.
Ghana’s current position forced the Executive Council to part ways with Akonnor and his two assistants
Reacting on the sacking of CK Akonnor, Osei Fosu, who is a former Techiman Eleven Wonders says the timing of the sack is wrong.
In a tweet shared, Osei Fosu said the timing is wrong.
Timing is everything.
