Patrick Tanguy Jean Philippe Vlei from Côte D’Ivoire will be the centre referee for the game between Accra Hearts of Oak and Club Indistriel Kamsar from Guinea at the Accra Sports stadium.

Tanguy will be assisted by compatriots Kouame Gabriel Kangah (Assistant I), Kalilou Bamba (Assistant II) and Allou Franc Eric Miessan (Fourth Official). Sekou Wieh Konneh from Loberia will serve as the Commissioner while Dr. Christiana Baah works as COVID-19 Officer.
