President of the Ghana FA Kurt E.S. Okraku has dropped in hard on coaches in the Ghana Premier League, charging them to dress properly to make their brands attractive.
Kurt Okraku described the dressing of some of the coaches, without mentioning names, as very appalling and challenged them to look better in the coming season.
To him, the coaches are the key brands of their clubs and how they appear gives an impressing of the club they handle.
Speaking at the UEFA Assist Programme organized for coaches last week at the Ghana FA Kurt charged the coaches to take their personal branding seriously.
“Let’s be mindful of our post-match interviews, the way some of you coaches dress to appear for games is terrible,” he said.
“Please, we are here to speak about the brand position and brand reposition.
“We are here speaking about adding value to the product we offer our consumers and you come to the game, not well dress.
“You come to the game not properly dressed, please I will plead to you coaches to dress properly henceforth.
He added: “Let’s be mindful of our post-match interviews, the way some of you coaches dress to appear for games is terrible.”
