Ahead of the second group games in the 2022 World Cup Qualifier, the President of the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) Zone B has wished all zonal members well in their matches.

In a goodwill message from the President sent to all zonal members and signed by the Executive Director of the Zone Balima Bourema, it is the wish of the leadership of the zone to see members winning their games.

“On the occasion of the FIFA 2022 World Cup qualifiers, Africa zone, the President of the Western Zone B Union Mr. Kurt Okraku and all the Executive Board Members would like to seize this opportunity to express goodwill message to national teams of member  associations of the zone,” the message read.

Kurt was voted the president of the Zone in May 2021 and his regime promises to see the zone flourish.

It will be a huge indelible achievement for the young and visionary young man who aims at transforming football in the zone.
