The Black Stars have intensified preparations ahead of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 qualifier against Ethiopia.
The squad arrived in Cape Coast on Tuesday afternoon and held their first training session at the Cape Coast Stadium later in the evening.
The team held light training in Accra on Monday but have moved their preparation into full gear.
Thirty two players were involved in today’s session as the technical team put the players in shape for the test.
It is worthy of note that Coach Charles Akonnor has made a few more additions to the squad following the inability of Tariq Fosu, Benson Annan, Kelvin Yeboah, Thomas Teye Partey and Mohammed Kudus to turn up for the games.
Ghana are scheduled to host Group G opponents Ethiopia on Friday, September 3 in Cape Coast, before playing South Africa on Monday, September 6, 2021 in Johannesburg respectively.
