Egyptian club Pyramids are reportedly set to end their ties with Ghanaian striker John Antwi at the end season.
Antwi has established himself as one of the most prolific strikers in Egyptian football in recent years after spells with Ismaily, Al Ahly, Misr El-Makkasa, and Pyramids.
With 77 goals in the Egyptian Premier League, Antwi sits top on the list of all-time foreign top goalscorers; however, he struggled this season with Pyramids as he failed to score a single goal in 16 league games.
Widespread local reports, Pyramids will release Antwi as they are set to complete the signing of Ismaily striker Fakhreddine Ben Youssef.
Antwi has endured a difficult season with Pyramids this season as the striker is yet to find the back of the net in 16 appearances in the Egyptian Premier League.
