Tanzanian side Young Africans have parted ways with Ghanaian forward Micheal Sarpong, Footballmadeinghana.com can confirm.
The East Africa side have terminated the contract of the player after just one season at the club.
The attacker joined Young Africans at the beginning of 2020/2021 season after leaving Rwandan side Rayon Sports.
He scored four goals in 23 appearance for the club.
Sarpong’s outstanding performances helped Rayon to clinch the 2018/2019 Rwandan Premier League title where he netted 16 goals to be named the club’s top scorer.
He joined the Rwandan club from Dreams FC in 2018 and established himself as one of the best at the club.
