Pyramids FC head coach, Takis Gonias has decided to include top Ghanaian striker John Antwi in his squad for their 2021/22 CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
The Pyramids FC Head Coach has named a 29 man squad for the campaign. The Egyptian Premier League side have successfully reached the top four in the last two editions of the tournament, and they came close to claiming the title as they lost the final in 2020.
Then in the next year, they once again became close to continental glory but they lost in the semi-finals against Raja Casablanca in a penalty shoot-out.
In their search for their first-ever title, Pyramids FC are going to be facing the winner between Tanzania’s Azam FC and Somalia’s Horseed FC.
