Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu has confirmed Gladson Awako’s imminent arrival at the club.

The 30 year old midfielder will join the Ghana Premier League Champions on a free transfer from regional-rivals Great Olympics.

He is expected to undergo his medicals on Thursday before signing the contract.

“Yes, it is true that Gladson Awako will be part of Hearts of Oak squad next season. I recommended him to the Hearts of Oak management and Board of directors,” Boadu told Silver FM.

“He is very good with enormous qualities which will help us in our next season’s campaign.”
