Former Asante Kotoko striker Eric Bekoe has blasted the club’s head coach Mariano Barreto for talking too much over their training facility at Adako-Jachie.

To the former striker Barreto as the head coach of the club has proper channels of getting the issues addressed instead of jumping to the media to wash the dirty lining of the club publicly.

Barreto in a recent interview had described the bitter ordeal of his player having to loo and pee in the bush during training sessions.

He’s on record to have said that the training facility of the club is substandard for a club like Asante Kotoko that prides itself as a professional entity.

Responding to Barreto, Bekoe who was furious by the claims of the manager lambasted him for his rants and called on the management to call him to book.

Bekoe appeared to have been angered by Barreto’s consistent rants in the media when he could address the issues with the management.

The former club star insisted that Barreto was aware of the poor state of the training facility of the club before accepting to coach the Porcupine Warriors, hence have no right to rant in the media as if he had no idea of the facilities before accepting the offer.
