Hearts of Oak manager Samuel Boadu, former Kotoko coach Sabuto and former Dreams FC gaffer Joha Pasoja have congratulated Coach Karim Zito for his outstanding effort in saving Vision FC from relegation in the just-ended Division One League.
The two have acknowledged the incredible effort of the Ghana U20 manager in saving the side that was almost relegated to Division Two with just nine games to end the season.
Following Zito’s appointment as the stop-gap manager for Vision FC after 19 games in the DOL, the club was 14th on the table and could be classified as one of the relegated sides from Zone 3.
The veteran gaffer accepted the daunting and herculean task of saving them from the drop and succeeded in his adventure by winning 5 games, drawing 3 and losing just 1 in the nine games he supervised.
Zito’s effort has been widely acknowledged as an incredible experience, largely in the Ghanaian media and managers of the game are pouring in to raise an arm for him.
In a post on Facebook, the three; Boadu, Sabuto and Paso congratulated Zito for saving Vision from the drop.
Zito’s achievement comes at the back of saving Inter Allies who were in a similar relegation fight in 2017 as well as winning both the U20 WAFU and AFCON this season.
Many are convinced that the gaffer is by far the manager of the season following his paranormal performance this season.
