Ghana Premier League side King Faisal won’t sell star striker Kwame Peprah to any local club should they fail to secure him a move abroad, FMIG can report.
The intention of the club according to a whispering bird says King Faisal are only interested in discussing a transfer for Kwame Peprah only if it involves a foreign club.
Peprah top scored for Faisal in a very difficult seaosn where they survived relegation by the skin of their teeth. The enigmatic striker bagged 12 goals to finish second top scorer in the just ended season.
It is understood that a host of local clubs have lined up to register their interest for the striker. The likes of Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, Dreams FC and Medeama SC have all been reported as interested clubs chasing after the signature of Kwame Peprah.
However King Faisal say they will not do business with a local club and should a move abroad fail, they will offer the player an improved contract with enhanced terms.
This includes increased salary, and other benefits.
Kwame Peprah is rumored to edging closer to a transfer to South Africa with giants Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs all reportefly interested.
