Medeama SC have officially written to Ghana Premier League champions Hearts of Oak for the service of trio Afriyie Barnieh, Benjamin Afutu and Richard Attah.
The trio Barnieh, Afutu and Attah, have been key in the Phobians journey to winning the Ghana Premier League this season and are expected to play major roles for their Champions League campaign.
Medeama on the other hand have the believe they will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup next season hence the need to strengthen their squad.
Although the winner of MTN FA Cup, which produces Ghana’s representative for Africa’s second-tier competition, is not yet known, Medeama have the believe they have qualified after the CAF granted them the provisional Licence to compete in the competition.
Afriyie, Afutu and Attah are on top of Medeama’s wishlist and are ready to cough probably huge amounts to get them.
Their request come at the back of the Phobians request for the service of their trio Richard Boadu, Rashid Nortey and Eric Ofori Antwi.
