Ghana’s duo, Seidu Mutawakilu and Habib Mohammed have collaborated to organize a “CHARITY MATCH” aimed at raising funds to support the poor and the needy.
Mutawakilu who plies his trade for Nigeria club, Enugu Rangers International once had stints with Ghana’s biggest clubs, Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will join forces with Kotoko’s defender Habib Mohammed to raise fund and give back to society.
Both players having being through a lot knows how it feels not to have much and the need to give back to persons who need much.
Mutawakilu Seidu in an interview with Africa-foot.com, underlined the need for the “CHARITY GAME” and its importance.
“We are organizing a charity match to raise funds to help the orphanages and hospitals who need them to help their people.
“We cannot do it alone and so we need support from other people who can help us give back to the society.”
The CHARITY MATCH comes up in August at a yet to be named venue.
It will be played between selected sides representing Habib Mohammed and Seidu Mutawakilu dubbed, HABIB 11 v MUTA 11.
