Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko player Malik Jabir has praised the CEO of the club, Nana Yaw Amponsah, for his resilience and continuous service to the club despite being on the end of lots of criticisms from fans and the media
Nana Yaw Amponsah was appointed the CEO of the Club prior to the start of the season and given a three-year mandate to transform the fortunes of the club.
His first year in office as the Club’s CEO has been close to successful despite the enormous amount of criticism he has faced and former player and legend of the club, Malik Jabir believes Nana Yaw deserves a pat on the back for all that he has done.
“I Sympathize with that young man leading Kotoko as the CEO (Nana Yaw Amponsah), we should salute him with our head, our heart I’m telling you something, If he was an old man he would have had stroke by now,” he said.
The Porcupine Warriors who finished as runners-up in the Ghana Premier League will be hoping to finish the season with some silverware as they’re in the Quarter-Final of the MTN FA Cup.
