King Faisal trashed second Tier side Star Wonders 9-0 to wrap their preparations ahead of their final league game on Sunday.

The Insha Allah boys ahead of the game against Liberty Professionals in Sogakope have been training at the Asokwa Astro turf in order to have the feel of playing on the artificial surface.

The team led by Nurudeen Amadu hosted Division two Zone 5 League leaders on Thursday to test their strength ahead of the crucial game on Sunday.

Star man Kwame Peprah scored twice with his attacking partners Kwadwo Frimpong and Zubairu Ibrahim also scoring two each.

Frimpong Boateng, Enoch Morrison and Atta Kusi all had their names on the score sheet as King Faisal proved too strong for the second Division side.

The win is a morale booster for King Faisal who are currently on a run of five games unbeaten in the Ghana Premier League.

King Faisal need a draw against Liberty Professionals to maintain their status in the Ghana Premier League.
