Former Ghana defender, Lee Addy has opened up on his botched move to Ghana Premier League Champions elect, Hearts of Oak.
The former Black Stars fullback was heavily linked with a move to the Phobians prior to the start of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
However, the move many expected to come through never materialized.
The 31-year-old has revealed his inability to reach an agreement with the management of the club despite weeks of training with the Phobians upon his return from Ethiopia was the reason the transfer never worked out.
“Nothing happened, I just couldn’t reach an agreement with the management of Hearts of Oak for a deal,” he told Starr Sports.
“Everyone was okay with me, I am proud I joined them at a very difficult time.
