Ghana left-back Baba Rahman has begun pre-season with European champions Chelsea.

The 27-year-old joins up with the rest of the team ahead of the start of next season amidst hopes of getting an opportunity with the first team in the upcoming season.

Rahman was brilliant during his half-season loan spell with Greek side POAK Thessaloniki where he helped the club to win the Greek FA Cup.

Baba has struggled for game time since joining the London club in 2015 and hopes to be given a new lifeline under German gaffer Thomas Tuchel.
