The scouting and recruitment coordinator for Sporting Lisbon, Gabriel Pinto, has indicated that Ghana could produce a host of talented players who can reach the top of the football world, provided they get the right development and mindset.

Speaking after watching some development football in the country, an impressed Pinto could not stop praising the talents in the country, admitting that Ghanaian players have a unique set of attributes.

In comparison to other countries, Pinto asserted that Ghanaian players have different traits like smartness, talent and a strong mindset which sets them apart from players in other African countries.

With these basic but essential characteristics in place, Pinto believes that the country could thrive in producing world class players, with the right development.
