Ghana international Kwame Opoku scored his first goal in the Algerian Ligue 1 for USM Alger in their 3-2 win over RC Relizane on Sunday at away.
Opoku scored the 3rd goal for his side as they recorded a 4-2 victory in a round 27 fixture.
The former Asante Kotoko forward scored from the spot in the 57th minute after Ismail Belkacemi and Abdelkrim Zouari had scored in the first half.
An own goal by Younes Koulkheir sealed the victory for Alger who are 7th placed on the league standings.
Opoku has now scored two goals in all competitions since he joined the club in April 2021 from the Ghana Premier League.
