Tamale Steadfast FC have disassociate itself from attack on Nkoranza Warriors’ team bus following their 5-0 win against the Brong Ahafo based club.

The Warriors bus carrying the players and officials of the club got attacked as the irate fans threw stones and sticks at them.

Some of the players were severely hurt; some with open cuts and wounds.

In a statement from Steadfast FC, the Tamale-based Division One League Club has denied having anything to do with the attack and have called on the Ghana Football Association to investigate the matter and bring to book, the offenders.
