Medeama SC were held to 1-1 draw to Kumasi King Faisal in a matchday 30 of the Ghana Premier League.

A late strike from Kwame Peprah earned King Faisal a valuable point at the Tarkwa Akoon Park.

Prince Opoku Agyemang broke the deadlock for the host after Atta Kusi was punished for handling the ball in the penalty box, the attacker converted it nicely to give the host the lead.

After the break, King Faisal kept pushing for the equalizer but Medeama kept it tight at the back.

Abass Mohammed nearly doubled the host lead but his shot blasted the woodwork.

King Faisal finally got the breakthrough in added time, Kwame Peprah pounced on a rebound to blast a shot in the box.

King Faisal held on till the blast of the final whistle.
