AshantiGold SC recovered from an early scares to eliminate third-tier side Aboi Young Stars to progress to the round 16 of the FA Cup on Sunday.

Goals from David Abagna Sanda and Isaac Opoku Agyemang ensured the Miners came back from a goal down eliminate the host at at the Samraboi Park.
