Dreams FC suffered an early exit in the MTN FA Cup after losing 4-2 on penalties against Phar Rangers on Wednesday.
The Still Believe Lads were held to a 2-2 draw against the Division One Side to forced the game into penalties.
Both team’s kept it tight in the first as no goal was scored.
After the break, Dreams FC were awarded a penalty in the 47th minute, Ali Huzaif stepped up and sent the keeper the wrong way.
The host restored parity 5 minutes after going down through.
Samuel Atta Kumi also scored from the spot to make it 1-1
Phar Rangers took the lead in added time following a lose mark in the penalty box, Aziz Dogo headed in a cross to make it 2-1.
The Drama didn’t there as Dreams FC found the equalizer through a free kick from Emmanuel Ocran and forced the game to penalties.
Phar Rangers won 4-2 on penalties to progress to the next stage of the competition.
