Ghanaian defender Montari Kamaheni has been handed a permanent deal at FC Ashdod following an incredible loan spell with the side.
The former Ghana U20 left back joined the Israeli giants from Ghana Premier League aide Dreams FC.
Montari after an initial one year loan spell with the side was given another year loan extension which expires at the end of this season.
Even before the expiration of his second loan spell, the deal has been made permanent after the magnificent performance of the left back in the just ended Israeli football season.
In an exceptional season for the Ghanaian left back, Montari made 35 appearances in the Ligat ha’AL for FC Ashdod scoring a goal and managing 4 assists.
His performance saw him named in the Best African U-20 XI by IFFHS and he also managed to help the club to secure qualification to next season’s UEFA Europa League after finishing 3rd in the Israeli league.
