Northern Ladies recorded a comfortable victory over Savannah FC in the round 16 of the Women’s FA Cup to book a place in the next stage of the competition.

They were flawless on the night and are now among seven sides who have booked a place into the quarter-finals of this season’s competition.

Northern Ladies’ five goals scored was the highest recorded in the round with Immigration Ladies’ 3 goals scored against Valued Girls coming in second.

Hasaacas Ladies who are also looking to secure a double this season secured a place in the quarter-finals as they once again went through on penalties.

The Doo Ladies defeated Police Ladies 3:5 on penalties after a 1:1 draw in regulation time.

One of Prisons Ladies and Pearl Pia Ladies will secure the last spot in the quarter-finals when the two sides face tomorrow at the Sunyani Coronation Park.
