Revered Ghanaian Coach Maxwell Konadu will start work as the new Head Coach of Legon Cities this week, FMIG can report.
The former Asante Kotoko gaffer has been appointed as the new helmsman tasked with saving the Ghana Premier League big spenders from relegation.
Legon Cities have struggled for form and consistency this campaign, picking just 23 points from 22 games. They lie 16th on the table and are in danger of demotion to the second tier, if their poor form is not halted.
Maxwell Konadu becomes Legon Cities 3rd coach of the campaign. Goran Barjaktarevic was sacked earlier for Bashir Hayford; whose position will now be taken over by Konadu.
Maxwell Konadu, a former Black Stars Coach and current Coach of Ghana’s U-17 side is expected to take charge of his first game when Legon Cities face WAFA during Match Week 24.
