Head coach of Ebusua Dwarfs Ernest Thompson has blasted his strikers for their failure to convert their chances in their 1-1 draw against Eleven Wonders.
The Mysterious club were held to a 1-1 draw at home in matchday 19 of the Ghana Premier League on Friday.
Micheal Asamoah fired the home team ahead in the 13th minute but the visitors cut the celebrations short with a swift equalizer from Clement Boahene.
Despite creating numerous chances in the game, none of the team’s was able to snatch the winner.
Reacting to his side’s performance after the game, Ebusua Dwarfs trainer Ernest Thompson described his strikers performance on on the day “lethargic and Pathetic”.
“I’m not happy with the performance of my strikers. We could have won the game by 5-. How could we missed so many this chances. It makes the job so difficult. It very painful.”
The trainer also expressed his disgust with the results insisting it’s not the best for his side.
“It actually not the best. That why we came into the game very determined. My strikers were lerthagical and pathetic. We did everything to motivate them before this game because we wanted them to win, It’s heartbreaking.
Ebusua Dwarfs are are 8th on the league standing with 24 points after 19 games.
