Ghana Defender Musah Nuhu is eyeing European Qualification with his Swiss side FC St. Gallen.
The Espen are keen to improve ok their form last season when they finished second to Young Boys. Currently, they lie 7th on the table, 4 points adrift of the last European qualification spot.
St Gallen have endured a tough second half of the season failing to win any of their last 5 games.
Musah Nuhu who is working his way back to full fitness following a career-threatening injury in June 2019 believes its still possible to make the European qualification spot.
He told this in an interview with FootballMadeinGhana.com.
“We are not where we wanted to be but we are not so far behind. Our target is not truly to win the league but to qualify for Europa League or Champions League,” he said.
Musah Nuhu also shared his opinion of the standard of play in the Swiss top flight.
“It’s really competitive. You cannot decide games even at home unless you’re on the pitch. It’s really competitive,” he added.
