Nicholas Opoku has expressed his joy after his scoring his first goal for Black Stars in their 3-1 win over São Tomé in the final Group game of the 2021 AFCON Qualifiers on Thursday.
The Amiens defender headed home the opener just ten minutes into the game after connecting perfectly to a Kudus Mohammed corner kick.
The goal was his first for the Ghana national team since he was handed his debut on 1st July 2017 in a friendly against the USA.
After the game, Opoku took to his social media page to celebrate his feat.
