Newly signed Brazillian striker, Michael Vinicius has begun his stint with Kumasi Asante Kotoko having trained for the first time with the porcupine warriors today.
The Porcupine Warriors boosted their firepower with the addition of the Brazillian forward following the departure of lead striker Kwame Poku.
The forward arrived in Ghana last Friday and has already laced up his boots and geared up for action. Vinicius is Kotoko’s second Brazillian import after Fabio Gama joined prior to the start of the season.
Kotoko finished the first round of the GPL season in 4th place with a points total of 27 and will kick start the second round with a trip to the Ohene Ameyaw Park where they will play Eleven Wonders.
