Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus says the Black Stars are ready to take on South Africa as the two countries lock horns in the penultimate Africa Cup of National qualifier on Thursday.
The Ajax midfielder who is returning to the team since November 2019 is confident of victory against the second placed team in the group.
In an interview with Ghanafa.org ahead of the game, Kudus discusses, the dream to make it to the AFCON and readiness for the clash on away soil.
“It has been very good. There’s a very good team spirit and unity in camp and everyone is 100% ready for the game.
“The goal is to qualify for the AFCON so we go into every game with the same mentality, whether it is two games or one game that we have to win, the mentality is the same. It’s the same spirit so whether we will qualify after this game or the next game, it’s the same mentality and we are going to do our best to seal qualification tomorrow”
The clash between South Africa and Ghana has been scheduled to be played in Johannesburg and will kick-off at 16:00GMT.
