Aaron Quarcoo is a 12-year old Ghanaian who has stolen the headlines in America with his perfectly taken free kick to power his side to a 3-2 win in the Jefferson Cup in Virginia.

With his side drawing 2-2 with YMS 2008 Premier NL, Aaron expertly fired home the free kick with two minutes to end proceedings to earn his side the all-important win.

The 12-year old Ghanaian who has got a Cristiano Ronaldo-like technique plays for the U12 side of Morris Elite, a USL League Two side.

Aaron, a defensive midfielder, was introduced into the game ten minutes into the first half and played the rest of the entire duration of the game.

The Jefferson Cup is a very high competitive tournament for different age groups from different states meant for the high ranked teams in America.

Even though Morris Elite could not qualify to the final because they lost their first game and won the last two, Aaron’s free kick became the talking point of the tournament.
