Accra Hearts of Oak have officially announced the appointment of Samuel Boadu as the new Head Coach of the club.
The former Medeama SC trainer joins on a 3 year contract which sees him become the 18th different Coach to be appointed under the leadership of Board Chairman and Majority Shareholder of the club Togbe Afede XIV.
Togbe Afede took majority control of the club in 2011 after a share flotation exercise flopped.
His tenure has seen the club’s fortunes on the pitch take a nosedive and more recently fans agitated against the way the club was being run.
