Burkina Faso referee Jean Ouattara will officiate Ghana’s final Group C game against The Gambia on Monday, February 22, 2021.
Ouattara, who has been an international referee since 2015 will be assisted by Abbes Akram Zerhouni from Algeria (Assistant I), Rodrigue Menye Mpele from Cameroon (Assistant II) and Celso Armindo Alvacao from Mozambique (Fourth Official).
Mohamed Salem El Kory from Mauritania will serve as the Match Commissioner. Ouattara was the fourth official when Uganda took on Mozambique in a Group A encounter on February 15, 2021.

Ghana will play The Gambia at Stade Municipal de Nouadhibou at 19H00 on Monday as the two teams push for a quarter final berth. The Black Satellites lead Group C with 4 points while Morocco, The Gambia and Tanzania follow in that order.
