Ahead of their opening game in the ongoing U20 AFCON in Mauritania, the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has released the jersey numbers of Ghana’s Black Satellites.
Ghana’s jersey numbers are uniquely arranged from 1 to 30.
Skipper of the side Daniel Afriyie maintained his no.10 shirt with Danlad Ibrahim also maintaining his 21 shirt.
HB Koge defender Frank Assinki has been handed the number 5 shirt in the absence of Kobina Amoah who held the 5 shirt during the WAFU U20 Championship.
Belgium-based Eric Appiah who plays for Club Brugge will don the 17 shirt while Schalke 04 forward Joselpho Barnes wears the 27 shirt.
Former Asante Kotoko winger and Legon Cities star boy Mathew Cudjoe will be wearing the 7 shirt while David Acquah wears the 28 shirt.
Ghana will take on Tanzania in their opening group game this afternoon.
