Razak Braimah has said he is still available and will honour a call-up to the Ghana senior national team, Black Stars if invited.
The FC Linares Deportivo goalkeeper hasn’t been invited into the team since 2017 Africa Cup of Nations following a controversial video he posted on social media.
Briamah posted a video on Social media insulting his critics after a game against Egypt in the Nations Cup four years ago. Ghana lost 1-0 to Egypt
The 31-year old has since apologized for his actions and has expressed his wish to return to the team if invited.
“In the goalkeeping department, the more you grow that’s when you gain much experience. For now, I’m perfoming great and I’ve gained soo much experience. If I can help my nation by getting a call up I will do so” He told Ashh FM Sports in an interview.
“I’ve not retired from The Black Stars. Anytime I’m called to represent the nation, I will show up. It’s an achievement to play for the nation. There are soo many goalkeepers, if God feels the coach needs to call me to represent the nation, I will” he added.
“My doors are always open. I will give my best anytime I’m called to represent the nation” He concluded.
