Medeama SC midfielder Rashid Nortey has expressed his frustrations following his side’s painful defeat to King Faisal in the matchday 13 of the Ghana Premier League.
The Mauve and Yellow side suffered a disappointing 0-1 defeat to the relegation threatened side on Tuesday following a late strike by Kwame Peprah.
Nortey who featured in the entire duration of the game says he feels disappointed with the results due to his side’s performance on the day.
“It was a good game. It was okay. For me it was a game we could have won. But it’s football sometimes you can’t do anything when it happens. We will go home and continue to work hard for our next game.
The midfielder also lauded the performance of his opponent describing them as a very good team.
“They have a good team. I don’t know why they are last. They don’t look like a bottom club for me.” He added.
Medeama SC will host Bechem United in Matchday 14 of the Ghana Premier League.
