An incensed King Faisal Head Coach Andy Sinason has blamed the club’s defender Razak Toufic for their defeat to Eleven Wonders.
King Faisal suffered defeat to their opponents by conceding a late goal in their Match Week 10 Ghana Premier League fixture.
Faisal had held Wonders to a goalless draw right until the final ten minutes of the game.
In the closing stages of the game, Razak Toufic suffered an injury meaning he had to leave the field to receive treatment. It was during this period that Wonders scored the only goal of the game courtesy second half substitute Prince Okraku.
According to Coach Sinason, the injury sustained was not serious enough to merit Toufic Razak leaving the field of play, hence his fury when that cost them at least a point in the game.
“I’m sad, because you cannot be playing all this game… When you’re not scoring so at least you should pick a point.
“Then when you a defender, something small is wrong, just get up and let’s finish with the game, you just went out and now look at what has happened.
” It is very very pathetic. And I just don’t know what to say,”
King Faisal languish in the bottom spot with just 7 points from 10 games played so far.
Despite the picture looking gloomy, Coach Andy Sinason is not throwing in the towel is situ g there should be more hard work.
“I think one down, more to go. And what we need to do is we need to put this one at the back the basket and just move on with the work. We have to work extra hard,” he said.
King Faisal will next play at home to Berekum Chelsea.
