Dreams FC recorded an emphatic victory over Liberty Professionals at Dawu on Sunday.
Joseph Esso and Agyenim BoatengĀ combined to devastating effect as the Still Believe boys thumped the Scientific Soccer lads 4-1 to claim their second successive home win in the ongoing campaign.
Agyenim opened the scoring at the Theatre of Dreams after a bright start by the hosts before Esso doubled their lead from the spot on the 39th minute mark.
The visitors crawled their way back into the contest through Daniel Antwi who scored on the stroke of half time to reduce the deficit.
It was all Dreams FC after the recess as the hosts continued to dominate proceedings and create chances at will.
Agyenim restored their two-goal cushion after a period of sustained pressure to make it 3-1.
Esso then struck again, with less than one minute of normal time remaining to put the result beyond doubt.
The victory moves Dreams FC to 11th on the league standings with 13 points.
