The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) hold their Elective Congress at the Accra Sports Stadium today, an event that has caught the attention of the entire sports fraternity.
Incumbent Chairman of the Association Kudjoe Fianoe is seeking for re-election with a stiff contest from former Vice Chairman of the Association Isaac Koomson.
In another close contest is Director of Ebusua Dwarfs, John Ansah who is contesting current Vice Chairman of the Association Alex Ackumey.
Other positions up for grabs are Treasurer, Division One Rep, Premier League Rep, Division Two Rep, etc.
