The Black Starlets have intensified their preparations ahead of the upcoming WAFU U-17 Qualifying tournament.

The team which is led by head coach Ben Fokuo are camping at the GFA Technical Centre in Prampram.

The tournament is scheduled to kick off in January 2021 in Togo.

Ghana are paired in Group B alongside winners of the last edition Nigeria and neighbors Ivory Coast.

The tournament serves as qualifiers for the 2021 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations in Morocco.

The top four sides at the African championship will also qualify for the World Cup in Indonesia later next year.
