Asante Kotoko’s Brazilian import Fabio Gama has finally made his long awaited debut for the club.
The ball dazzler joined the Porcupine Warriors during the last transfer window but has been unable to make an appearance on the pitch for the Ghanaian football giants due to various reasons.
As supporters grew concerned over the no-show of the much hyped playmaker, management gave assurances that after sorting out issues with his work permit, he will be ready to feature for the side.
The time finally came albeit as a second half substitute as the Porcupine Warriors were hosted by Medeama SC at Tarkwa on sunday December 27.
Gama came on for Godfred Asiamah in the 83rd minute. He was however powerless in helping his side maintain a 1-0 lead as they eventually succumbed to a Medeama Sc equalizer 3 minutes later.
Hopefully, this cameo appearance will mark the beginnning of Kotoko unleashing the Brazilain magician on opponents.
