Misfiring Legon Cities striker Raphael Ocloo has expressed worries over his lack of goals for the club so far.
Ocloo has played 4 games so far and is yet to register a goal in the league. His lack of bit upfront has contributed to the team’s dry spell in attack.
Aside converting from the spot in their opening game against Chelsea, The Royals have yet to score from open play a situation that is of grave concern to the Coach, playing body and followers of the club.
Speaking from the club’s training ground, Ocloo admitted his concerns about his drawing blanks in attack for the side.
He however vowed to turn over a new leaf.
“I’m very worried because as a striker, I’ve played 4 out of the 5 games and I haven’t scored though I’ve had some chances,” he said.
“So I am worried but that is not the end of the road. I think I have to work hard and make sure I start converting my chances.
“This week I have been very effective in training, working on my goalscoring abilities so I’m just hoping that when we’re able to create the chances, I will convert them.
Legon Cities play Ebusua Dwarfs on Friday December 18 at 6pm GMT at the Accra Sports Stadium.
