Chief Executive Officer for Kumasi King Faisal, Anwar Sadat has debunked rumors that Head Coach Slavisa Bozicic has been sacked.

Reports went rife in the media on Thursday that the Serbian tactician has been shown the exit door following their 5-1 walloping at the hands of AshantiGold SC in midweek.

Bozicic’s side have recorded just a win, lost 3 and drawn one of the 5 games they have played in the league.

The Insha Allah boys also have the worst defensive record having conceded the most goals (12) so far this term.

Speaking ahead of their Matchday six clash against Hearts of Oak on Saturday, Anwar Sadat confirmed the 54 year old gaffer still has the backing of management despite their poor form.

“Slavisa Bozicic remains the head coach and head of the technical team to take us to play against Hearts of Oak on Saturday,” Sadat told OTEC FM

“The news that was going around was a rumor. The technical team trained the players today and they  will be handling the team against Hearts of Oak” He added
