Ghanaian forward, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah’s  brace for SC Kriens wasn’t enough as FC Chiasso defeated them by 3-2 in the Swiss Challenge League on Friday.

The 23-year-old scored on 27th and 60th minute of the match but his side succumbed to a late defeat away from home.

A late strike by Merlin Hadzi condemned FC Kriens to a painful defeat.

Abubakar who scored his side’s two goals on the say lasted the entire duration of the game.

He has now scored seven goals and one assist in 15th games in the Switzerland Challenge League.

Kriens sit 7th on the league table with 14 points after 15 games.
