Head coach of Asante Kotoko Maxwell Konadu has admitted his side’s had it difficult playing against Olympics following their 0-1 defeat to the Accra based club on Thursday.
The Porcupines who hosted Great Olympics in an outstanding league game at the Accra Sports Stadium were totally outplayed on the day as they struggled to find their feet throughout the encounter.
A second half strike from Michael Yeboah condemned Asante Kotoko to their first defeat of the season.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Asante Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu says it was a tough game against the opponent.
“It was a difficult game. The first half we didn’t look good but we came into the second half and started doing the basic things. We have taken lessons from this and will work on them,”
Asante Kotoko will be hoping to bounce back from their latest set back when they travel to Dawu to face Dreams FC on Sunday.
