Ghana’s U20 side the Black Satellites held their first training session at the St. Louis Stadium in Krake, Benin as they step up preparation for the U20 WAFU Tournament.

The training facility used by the Black Satellites is the official home venue of Benin Ligue 1 side USS Krake.

The facility does not look extraordinarily modern but the green nature of the pitch makes it attractive to whoever patronises it.

Ghana coach Karim Zito after the team’s training could not hide his admiration for the pitch.

‘I love the pitch. It’s good for training,” he told footballmadeinghana.com after the game.
